What past participants say about Strong Together Resilient Parenting:

“I love the tools. I like the format and having the opportunity to have more intimate discussions in break-out rooms. I like the supportive and non-judgmental energy.”

“I liked that the class got me thinking about different, more effective ways to parent and to get my kids talking more and behaving better.”

“I liked that the strategies shared were based on research. I also liked the relaxed and nice teaching style.”

“Practical tools are very much appreciated, especially given the examples from real life and sample language to use in challenging moments. During the most challenging times, it’s hard to remember what the approach should be, so it’s helpful to be able to revert to a script to get through meltdown or big feelings or whatever is happening.”

“I like that this class is helping me manage my emotions better. I can then model positive emotions to my kids.”
